... the sun was beginning it's descent, the sky was an amazing colour. We lay on the sand for a while enjoying the sunshine before taking a long walk along the beach. Around 5ish we made it back to the house and relaxed for a few hours in the lounge before getting a Chinese for dinner and once again indulging on ice cream!! We enjoyed a quiet remainder of the evening before retiring! ...
... way South to Brisbane. Nice views from the top and it doesn't take too long, only about 40 minutes return. We said we would park up and hit the beach for a refreshing dip and a sambo when we got down. The swim part went well except then I went and locked the keys into the boot of the car while in the middle of getting changed afterwards! Bloody thing relocked itself after a few minutes as I didn't physically open the door as well! So there I was in my short ...
... basic camp kitchen. Cooking meals was a chore as there were very sparse utensils, pans and just 3 hobs between over 30 people!! The only saving grace in the camp was that the toilets and showers were half decent, although they were pretty filthy by the end!
We even managed to spot some more of the local wildlife while we were in the camp, ants in absolutely every single nook and cranny imaginable, frogs hopping about in the night and rats in ...
... and peaceful. It was 3.6km from the nudist beach along the Tanglewood Track back to the entrance of the Noosa National Park! We made our way back along the boardwalk to the beach and onto Hastings St. where we stopped for lunch at Laguna jacks! We had a beautiful rare Beef and Asian slaw salad and Smoked salmon salad. It was beautiful, sat up on the balcony overlooking the street. Before heading home we headed along Viewland Drive up to the 'Laguna Lookout' to ...
... restaurant - food is devine and im slowly working my way around the menu during my breaks :) so busy though, its a work out, and its going to get busier after Christmas apparently.
