We met Faith and Lillian's niece and husband and their daughter, plus Brian , Lillian's foster son., at the big travelling statue of Marilyn Monroe We went on to a little museum of Palm Springs, which was really interesting. Back to Marilyn for a photo shoot of Ken. Then we went for a hike around Indian canyon. It was fantastic, massive rock collections with a beautiful little ...

... the U2 album that helped to make the yucca famous. If we're seeing Californian national parks, we couldn't miss this one, right? Well, anyway, we came, we saw, we photographed, and we headed on back to the pool in Palm Springs. Actually we learned a few things along the way: 1. ...

Relaxation, reflection and missing the Camino

... When I began in St. Jean Pied de Port, I was filled with a heaviness in my heart but filled with hope for the journey ahead. Having celebrated Mother's Day only a few days before, I remembered my mother and grandmothers and all the women who have been a significant part of my life. Grief never completely goes away and I have learned to deal with the waves it comes in, never knowing when it will trigger. I was blessed with many dreams with ...
