Unable to check in until 12pm we stored our luggage and headed out to explore the area, after a short walk along the beach we came across Coffs creek, a shallow tidal inlet creating an area for families to bath, canoe, and relax. Much to our delight this was also a dog friendly area so we managed to throw a few sticks for some local hounds! We finally came across ...

... Adventures. Oh and I know what dropbears are, do you?! Got picked up on the other side and dropped off at Hervey Bay Flashpackers with Simon. We headed out for dinner and had Thai. The birds here were amazing, so many multicoloured parrot like ones, green and red. Headed back to hostel and watched a movie, such an intense couple of days. Tuesday had a chill day with Simin and charged the batteries for my next adventure. Had an overnight bus to Airlie Beach for my ...
