As I walk further on I pass the local school oval where the kids are out
playing sport or doing, what looks like, a PE class. Education is very important here and the kids, apparently
realize what a privilege it is to go to school. They start early and go 6 days a week. They all have uniforms and different
uniforms for sport just like our kids.
It seems education is quite expensive ...
... These ants are not like our normal, black ants. They're small with long legs, kind of reddish in color, and they don't die. If there were 20 ants in my room at that point, I smacked the ground with my shoe 150 times until they were all dead. It’s been good to have my Cuz and her friend here. They’ve been a wonderful addition to our house. I stopped mother henning them and wouldn’t you know, they’ve done just fine.

Our guide, Sunday, was the owner's nephew from the place I stayed on my first night (that place was also a word-of-mouth referral). In Bali, it is quite difficult to navigate unless you live here or know your way around. Maps are hard to follow ...
