    ... reef wall and they make their way to the "Hole" which is actually a sand chute. This particular sand chute is deep in the reef and very steep. Descending rapidly with rock walls either side, you eventually 'pop' out the reef face at 30m below the surface with the blue abyss stretched out before you. The remainder of the dive was back up on the reef top, making our way through some very narrow passages and testing every divers buoyancy skills.

    ... walk to West Bay, the main commercial centre on the island and where most of the tourist stay. We are staying in West End, a smaller tourist centre just up the island. The walk along the beach was nice. There was a few spots where you needed to walk through the water to avoid some rocks but not a bad way to start the day. There was an option to take a water taxi from our hotel which really would have cut down on the time but we usually prefer to walk ...
