... I'd probably have a fair few photos. The first thing we saw was that the toilets were basically a load of portaloos on the back of a cargo ship, and you had to pretty much abseil up and down the back of it to get to them. This was going to be a fun night. Sunjam itself was actually really really good; the sound and lighting setup was immense, great visuals, and the music was a nice surprise – a mix of good techno and house pretty much all night, ...

We did however buy more drinks, two for one Piņa Colada's made with overly generous servings of Roatan rum. We called it an early night again to try and give our bodies a chance to fight of this cold before the more physical activities start on the next leg of our journey including climbing volcanoes. Tomorrow we have a free morning before catching an afternoon flight to Tegucigalpa. We then have a three hour drive to Leon in ...

... in the crab races at Bananarama tomorrow night. The restaurant was out of chicken - not great for someone who doesn't eat things that swim... so I had a cheeseburger in paradise... it was actually pretty good. While we were waiting for dinner, there were some fire dancers on the beach, so we went down to watch them. For one of the dances, they poured gas in a pattern on the sand and lit it on fire, and a tourist went and lit ...

... they don’t have a free hand. When they take it themselves you let the get on with it. If you don’t purge, when the diver tries to breath in they get a mouthful of water and potentially a lung full. So at the point when I have a mask in one hand and am trying to place the strap over my head and can feel the need to breath in becoming urgent I feel the regulator being shoved into my mouth but no gush of air that signals that it’s been purged. I now have ...
