      I (un)surprisingly arrived to Slovenia knowing nothing about the country, the culture, the language, the people, the climate or the local currency that I was about to spend five days in..though I had heard whispers.

      It has been cloudy and rainy since Tata and I arrived so it is difficult to go out and explore this beautiful land. In truth it is for the best as the journey still has us adjusting to the time change. We lost 6 hours exiting the Eastern time zone and entering Central Europen Time. My body clock is greatly off which affects my sleep substantially. I know in the days to come I will being to adjust but for now ...

      We arrived into Zagreb a little late last night as the Croatian police held the train up for aaaaaaaaaages! And then unfortunately we couldn't find our hostel that we had booked a night at. Probably because it was right over the other side of town in the suburbs. We finally found it about 2am. We were lucky, we had the 6 bed dorm to ourselves.
