    ... or cookie. It's galleta. It's both and neither. And the selection is staggering. Rows and rows of cracker like, sugared wafers. Cookies that have salt. Graham cracker like things with dimples that taste like a triscuit. It's dizzying. And then there is the milk aisle and the yoghurt area. Who knew that cows could be so prolific. Seriously. The country seems to be run on milk and cookies.

The waters were still crystal clear and little fish nibbled at our feet when dipped in the water (mostly Dan's as Kate battled with - and overcame - her fear of little fish).
