    ... week with those we love.
    We had the honour of being invited to the Royal St. George's College 50th anniversary bash by my former boss Steve, then combined a Toronto furniture run with a Go Freddie Go concert at the old Chick n Deli so we are still in touch with the Toronto crowd. The spring has also provided lots of opportunities to reconnect with our old Ridley pals.
    We even managed to squeeze in one more consulting job to top up the travel fund ...

    ... around the corner to the nearest beach, at Lewis Bay. We enjoyed a nice walk up and down (lovely to be barefoot in sand again!) admiring the view and trying to imagine it packed with people in summer. It was basically deserted except for a couple of guys in waders heading out with specialised rakes and buckets. We figured they were off to gather some of the famous local clams, which made us jealous and hungry!

    Having had quite enough of winter, yak tracs, frozen garage doors, ice dams, single lane roads and sub freezing tempertures we decided to leave a day early and get outta town and head to warmer climes.
