    ... Just suffice it to say I battled with the Windows laptop all week, threw a temper tantrum and told Jay he should have a look at it. The next I saw of it, he had finally got all the drivers working properly and installed my legal version of Windows over the top of the other version. Mac is just so much better when it comes to system reliability.... but I will not drone on about that either...
