... we did not do well: by the time we realised we were late…it was too late! And we got a 5 sec penalty…
With this short distance and the early start we arrived at the Sofitel (by the seaside) at around 2 pm, so again, time for a light meal by the pool…
PS. When results were out we retook 2nd place, behind the Norwegian Alvis of Jan and Jan. Michael and Sarah broke the Jag's clutch and did not clock in on time on arrival and were thus heavily penalised...

Week 6
... I was more than ready to leave. Mid day I managed to visit a temple with me best mate in camp - Danny. Was OK - we wanted to be blessed by monks but no one spoke English. Went to Tesco to get medication for me cold too! Trained MMA in the eve. Friday trained Muay Thai in the morn and that was me done. My cold was getting better. Of the night 11 lads joined me for leaving drinks and food in local bar. Even the owner - Yohann came. Was a great night ...
Arrive at the coast Hua Hin
... I was when I went there, face and gum swollen and so hoping its gone down and a little painless tomorrow and to add to that told not to drink tonight!!!! Given pain killers only to be taken after food, list of things to do and not to do, don't eat for 24 hours only liquid so the pain killers are looking good on the side board!!! Week 4
... face is covered in plants, trees and bushes. You could not scale it, the foliage is too dense. So we're standing around for about 10 minutes whistling and calling the monkeys!?! Then from the side of the island, 8 monkeys make their way towards us across the beach and rocks, just strolling along. They are not shy,smallish in size and take the bananas right out of our hands.
