A long and full day ...
... to make the trip a little more pleasant would be to incorporate a coffee break in the first part of the trip and also to supply tissues (for the loo stop) and bottled water. All of which would have made the trip much more comfortable.

He was not only a great SRO, but also a talented trainer able to coach the new license candidates to behave in a very structured and disciplined manner.
