Wonderful place to stay, huge rooms, clean, tidy, the pool was amazing, breakfast buffet was delicious and the range of food to choose from was huge and the staff were helpful. Tuk tuks were everywhere and there were plenty of massage places just down the road and a 7/11 just across the road which was super convenient. We loved our stay at Patong Paragon.

... It would have cost $40 AUD, we don't pay that ar home. So we decided to just have a drink and order some curly fries. After that another drink at the Drunken Leprechaun. Nice pub inside, but can't comment on the food at least work a drink though. Went back to The Place for dinner and we each had a large main meal and 2 alcoholic drinks and it came to 2,960 so we each put in 1,500. I had a pork meal with a ...
... to them a little bit too much! There was an infinity pool down on the beach which was really nice to sit and watch the sea and the boats go by. We stayed in the water for ages until we were really pruned and we had to get out because we couldn't bare the feel on our hands any longer. Me and Scott left at about 3pm, it took just under an hour to get back. It was a nice drive we know the roads like the back of our hands now! Haha. We went for food at about 7, we weren't lazy ...
... we had 5 minutes of exfoliation. We stuck out feet in the aquarium and the fish had a feast, mostly on Sarah's feet! It was a pretty cook feeling. It tickled the hell out of me, and I was overcome by furious fits of laughter, but all in all, it was a great experience. It felt like a vibrating massage on your feet. I was a bit skeptical of the whole thing, wondering how my feet would feel, doubting it would do much, But it seriously felt I had come back from a great pedicure. ...
... of this experience was that our mahout (elephant trainer) was only 5 yrs old, although his dad did walk along side the elephant assisting with voice commands from the ground. I must admit I was a little worried that the person directing the elephant was only 5 and so so tiny!!! We were then taken to see a snake and a monkey show. At the snake show we saw some very brightly coloured snakes including the mangrove snake, sunbeam snake (which the guy ...
... is in the revamped breakfast area, food is fantastic, coffee is espresso and good - the conversation is good, not saying I don't miss Genelle's questions and comments ... The chemist out the front of the hotel has little packs of bandaids for 18thb (50c) and this helps when I put the sandals on. So now I can walk without the limp, until the Panadol Osteo fizzles out on my arthritic knee - not that I'm a hypochondriac! A walk ...
