    ... amazing pizzeria was followed by alpine mini-golf (yours truly emerging victorious. Of course.) before a chilled night in the cabin. Which led us to Sunday 28th, and check out ahead of the 6 and a half hour drive to the Florida panhandle. I write this from the beach there so the next thing you hear from us will most likely involve a lot of sunburn!! Love you all, will see you soon (but not too soon!) ...

    We had a great time taking Ellie to the local parks, though the heat made it hard to play out for too long . Good job we had a lovely pool to go home too!

    We went 10 pin bowling, crazy golf, which Ellie was a little demon at! Great fun.

    The Georgia Aquarium was most certainly worth a visit and would go back again and again.

    Our days with them all was fabulous, seeing some of the local sights and Atlanta City too. ...

    ... but think that perhaps I was a bit crazy for standing ankle deep in cold water in the snow. Sandy climbed out on to one of the logs, as she was was not fond of getting her feet wet, but I was done climbing logs for the day. When we were finished, we bushwhacked back to the trail and continued on towards Wildcat Creek. Sandy climbed up onto the log again and crossed dry, while I took my shoes off to wade ...

    ... risk getting stuck. However, the drive was not totally in vain as we could stop and see a couple of smaller waterfalls on Upper East Fork of Jones Creek. There was no trail, but they were close to a pulloff on the road. We bushwhacked down to the third waterfall and then made our way back upstream to view the second and first.
