    ... girl pandas which was most delightful.

    We hope Marion Keith and Ellie enjoyed our visit as much as we did.


    We would love to go back and see some more of the sights. Time was all short as holidays always are.

    we found the local residents all very polite and helpful. Marion and Keith's hospitality was wonderful and Ellie was most entertaining, teaching us new card games.

Sandy climbed out on to one of the logs, as she was was not fond of getting her feet wet, but I was done climbing logs for the day.     ... risk getting stuck. However, the drive was not totally in vain as we could stop and see a couple of smaller waterfalls on Upper East Fork of Jones Creek. There was no trail, but they were close to a pulloff on the road. We bushwhacked down to the third waterfall and then made our way back upstream to view the second and first.
