Kids will love this place, but be prepared for noise and mayhem. Atmosphere is not relaxing, just completely geared for little people.

He did well to hang on and get up and down the steps without ending up overboard. The best approach was to treat as a fun, long roller coaster ride and ensure you went with the swell. After about 1 hour out we were instructed to keep our eyes peeled for the hump back whales we were looking for, the give away being the ...

This all happened whilst taking a walk to spot Koalas in the wild, we did spot 2 but they were so high in the trees we didn't see much but we did walk uphill and get a great view back down to Kennett river and the ocean. We stayed at The Morengo motel that night just past Apollo bay. We arrived in time to check in and drive up the road to do a rainforest walk at a place called Maits rest. Just next to there we drove half way towards the ...

With a busy day ahead of us and plenty of miles to cover obviously we decided not to leave Byron early haha. Pool, jacuzzi and a lazy morning, then up to the lighthouse and Australia's most easterly point on the mainland.

Spike enjoyed scampering over the rocks but it was very windy and a little chilly so they decided to go to somewhere called the Gold Coast. It was lovely and warm there so they went to the beach and Spike made a sandcastle. The next day they planned to go to Brisbane where Ñanny said they would visit somewhere that would make Grandad very ...
