      ... It is book lined with cabinets displaying shells. On our first night I was gobsmacked to find Trapiche for sale, a wine from one of the vineyards I visited in Mendoza, Argentina. I have never seen any of those wines for sale in the UK but yet I find one on an island in the pacific next to a village so remote they rely on the generator in the dive centre for the power that they only have access to for a few hours a day.
