... the hill and parked outside of the hotel. Then we walked in and the guard at the gate didn't bat an eyelid. We found the pool area which had loads of sun loungers around in the gardens so we sat down at two and relaxed. After a while we went in the pool which was sooo nice in the heat. Then we went back up the hill again and drove up ...

... 30pm, in good time for us to catch our 6.30pm train to Hua Hin. But of course, we're on Thai time now (i almost forgot). Instead, we reached Khao San Road a little after 7pm that night! We were all told to get off of the bus, which was a little confusing as were under the impression that we were going to the train station, not Khao San Road! ... van. The Thai people really have a thing about space, if they see space in a vehicle they will fill it with either a person or some luggage (see photos), they must be really good at Tetris! The ferry leaving Koh Kood for the mainland only departs once a day, it was therefore heaving with departing tourists and plenty of locals; once back on dry land we headed into Trat to catch the bus back to Bangkok. We're currently writing this on the bus watching the film ...
