Today we drove to West Palm Beach to embark on the Bahama Celebration ship for a two night cruise to Grand Bahama Island. What I didn't know was that Marilyn had booked a suite. When we arrived they did a fine job of selling us the Concierge Club package which was actually very inexpensive for all the services of which we were able to take advantage. These included participating in an International Wine Tasting event, wash and fold laundry (so nice to come and ...

Later that day, we got to watch the first Capitals pre-season game thanks to NHL Network.

Aunt Jana headed back home at night and we had our last night of sleep with the sound of waves to lull us to ...

Yesterday ended up with a bit of an adventure.

We decided to take Andrew out for a walk and he sat in his stroller for the first time like a big boy :) He really enjoyed being able to see the world :) However as we were heading back to the car, we got stuck in a HUGE FL sized rain storm. Thankfully we were right next to a public covered area and were able to stay out of the rain until there was a small lull. We had just enough time to get to ...

... 8211; ‘the one man band’. Watching him was just as impressive as his music, and was thoroughly enjoyable.

On Sunday, Matt was in his element watching NFL and drinking beers with Brian all day. I was just as content catching up on news websites whilst enjoying the air-conditioning. Brian treated us to his homemade ribs that evening – we were stuffed!

On Monday, we tried to go to to a shooting ...
