... small town called Carpenteria to have lunch. we went to a
restaurant called Rincon Brewery and we got pulled pork sandwiches and
they were D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S! We passed heaps of vineyards and a lot more
strawberry fields before stopping at a beach called Al Capatan.
Although there was a huge queue to get there it was worth it because we
saw a whale! Then as soon as we got out of the car we saw a squirrel and

Sunday evening, Rob and Aurora treated Suzi and I to a show. We drove to Pismo Beach for dinner at Cool Cats before the show. Since the weather had been in the 80s that day, Pismo was a very busy place that evening.

We arrived in Oceano just in time for the show and Rob managed to procure us some adult beverages and popcorn to enjoy during the show.

So we woke up on the side of the road at a pull off near santa margarita lake. I drove to the lake while Rachel slept in the back. We got to the lake she unloaded the truck and set up for breakfast for when I returned, and after some typing she set up the hammock and slept more in it. I started walking around the lake to get to the part where the boulder rocks start since that is where the fish were when we were here before. The lake was more difficult to walk since ...

As I sit here and type this I'm awed by the sound of the ocean so near and the brightness of the stars, but we’ll get to that later. Today, Friday, we woke up in the motel 6 ventura and had sausage burritos. We then drove to a public beach and took the doggies for a morning beach walk. We then took our time packing hotel cali back up for another week or so outdoors. We then drove up pch and were disappointed in the road because it turned into ...
