    ... We ventured into the old town tonight, it must be 20 years since I was last in Albufeira and it seems very different. The place is booming with tourists but it's still nice and hasn't lost its identity to the moronic Brit brigade like many places in the Med.     ... Sausage Stew with Cous Cous which I had prepared on the sail down. Later I tried the engine once again but again it just would not start - so if your thinking of buying a Tohatsu Outboard - DONT. It seems like yet another waste of money and we need something reliable it's not just for jollying around with and this heap of **** doesn't fit the bill.     ... a couple of hours in the beach bar doing our internet stuff, both catching up on Facebook and looking at future stop off locations along the way. Then back to the boat and that was basically the day over - just a relaxed day of doing nothing, it was nice. We have decided to try out Portimao tomorrow and get a price for lifting out fitting the transducer and doing the seals on the sail-drive at the same time.
