A day cycling in Caloundra

Tonight I’m being treated to a 'trivia night’ (pub quiz) before going to the RSL club to see a guy who used to be in a band called the ‘Wickity Wacks’. Apparently they were a bit like the Barron Knights (Google them) and he’s still very entertaining. I’ll let you know.

Food poisoning, clouds and more fishys!!

After lunch the wind picked up so a lot of the water activities got cancelled and the current was too strong, so we went to the bar and had a drink and an ice cream and watched the kookaburras being fed. then we took the ferry back to the mainland. Although it was very touristy i want to go back on a nice sunny day as it will be really nice ...

Getting Hostel!
... arriving every few days at a different hostel, with different rules, practices and annoyances can take its toll. The good side of hostels is you meet some cool people, and if you are travelling the same direction down the coast, you meet them repeatedly. Randomly I have been in the same dorm room with this hilarious English girl twice. Right now I am just now sitting down to plan the rest of my voyage and I will keep you posted on how it rolls ...
