Under leaden skies and the kind of rain to get Noah reaching for his timber yard discount card, we left our lovely apartment in Sunset Beach and commenced the next leg of our journey. We paid a brief visit to Myrtle Beach which easily maintained its reputation for tackiness. At one of its more tasteful attractions, a ...

... are completely shot. Try to hail a cab, not happening. The heck with it, let's take the cart and try not to get pulled over.
Driving in the shadows on back roads and quickly pulling into people's front yards every time a car came by.
We get about 3/4 of the way home and the battery dies! Really? All set to carry 2 sleeping kids the rest of the way home when Craig drives up. Seems he found the car eventually.....
