We have been here for nearly 4 weeks and it really is a nice part of the State. We have done a lot of travelling around Noosa, Maroochydore, Caloundra, Cooroy, Pomona and Kin Kin areas.

On Monday October 6, we visited Sam and Libby Sansome - friends of ours who used to live in Mount Gambier. They live and work at Caloundra and showed us around and had a lovely day.

... the Noosa Junction, parked up the car behind the cinema and had a walk around (making use of the public wifi in the square). We made a stop off at the Civic on the way back, we made it to the house around 5pm! After a little lie down we gathered in the lounge for dinner, English breakfast tonight and it was awesome! ... was a great hostel and we shared our little
unit with a load of Northerners, a Canadian and a Brazilian. All
were nice and with the rain we ended up chatting to them quite a lot
and spending the evening in. Not wanting to miss all of Noosa and
with free hire and a break in the rain, Paul and the Brazilian went
to catch some waves on Sunshine beach. Hmmmmm, the rain may have held
off but the sea was immense; chopping everywhere and they lasted
