      A long day begins we picked up the boy at 5am then headed for Tullamarine, parked the car jumped on the shuttle bus, check in, got through customs just in time to grab a bit to eat before having to walk to the end of the airport to catch our Virgin flight.       Malani, Jamie, Alex and I went for a walk into the Denarau Marina and went window shopping around various stores. I bought a couple of Fijian shirts; a bright red floral number and a nice white shirt with subtle floral arrangement; pretty good shopping for F$20 each; this was even cheaper than Nadi main street which I found surprising.

      ... br> Back to the reception (after a phone call) because the receptionist missed charging me F$4 – hmmmm, could have shouted me the flippin F$4; but I suppose I understand, it meant her till was out. So I paid the money and we are all square.

      Back to the apartment and everyone is abit tired and sleepy; doing nothing but laze about in pools, ocean and spas is very tiring work – and yes – someone has to do it.

      ... gets through and we find a cafe, sit down have something to eat and drink and buy some Wi Fi to pass the hours until we board. Then it was time for Duty Free shopping and then time to board.
