      ... but a series of three roadside stands in Nahiku that comprises that village's commercial district. We drive a bit and then realize the little shacks we passed a few minutes ago were where we wanted to stop. We make our way back to discover that 2 of the 3 stands are closed and the third is heavy into meat. Happily there is a little coffee shack serving nice 100% Maui coffee.       ... Brian and I took yesterday and it was clear that their paddling would be harder work than ours had been. The breeze was a little stronger and the northern shore had some choppy water. However, they had been told that that's where the turtles were and so their resolve was firm. I met up with Brian C. on the condo grounds and wandered north along a path so we could see the girls in action.
