      ... also, embarrassingly, succumbed to some Western fast food.

      On the 2nd, we took a night train to Bangkok. It left Chiang Mai at 5:00pm and arrived at 7:00am. Considering our previous overnight train ride in Vietnam, I was unsure of what to expect. But, this train was unbelievable. It was new and clean and spacious. We loved it. We mowed down on our Subway sandwiches, and had a great time. The kids watched a movie, and Paul and I watched ...

      Yesterday saw monkeys and Chang on the beach, Scooter rides and met some great friends from Germany traveling w their baby. Capped that off with an amazing outdoor beach side BBQ. Red Snapper and JUMBO King Prawns, with a Chicken and veggie skewer.

      ... emanated from the various bars along the beach front. Bucket were surprising cheap due the competition from the various vender's and for 4 you got around 8 shots of vodka and a couple of cans of red bull which you usually consumed through straws and is probably the reason that we seen a number of people passed out before 12.

      ... 8216;done things’ in the travelling world. Maybe that’s why we weren’t that fussed and was slightly put off. However Koh Tao proved its worth.
