Day 3. The Great Wall.

Day 2- Dragons Head
... aircraft flying over our heads about 25 in a day... A little scarey.
The Drum tower was fantastic and the Entrance To Heaven.
That night we ate at the hotel and then followed it by drinks in the bar with a game of pool that went on forever but we laughed alot, a game of Darts and then Soccer Table thingy (Footsball)

Qinhuangdao-Day 1- Train trip
... your food in the entrance.
Mostly sea food. Fish - so many different types, crabs, sea cucumber, wormy things, odd shell ceatures which looked like they had to go on a diet. Their shells where tiny and half of their body was hangng out of the shell. Almost like a muffin top. Really odd.
Finished off with cocktails in the bar in the hotel.

Cihou Tower
Today I completed my first challenge :) I trekked up a mountain and around through some watch towers to see the Cihou tower. I was so proud as even though it was hard, I did it! Tonight we are staying in a farm house in communal beds. Spoon time! Tomorrow is Heavens Ladder - no idea if I can do this. It is a near vertical ascent! Ahhh. we are also going to head to the East Qing Tombs ...
The Day of Hell!
Today we were meant to trek for like 10 hours over 4 moutains. However I could only do 1 mountain before my knees gave way under me. I was so disappointed. It was the hardest day today. It wasn't that I didn't want to do it, I just couldn't. Leah managed to persuade the guides to take us for KFC. We are staying in a farm house tonight with communal beds! Aaah Tomorrow we are going to take on a hike up a mountain to see Cihou ...
