We had a lay in this morning and nearly missed our breakfast. We went for a stroll through the streets and came across a tiny shopping mall with a Starbucks. What a winner. On the way back we noticed a man sleeping behind his red cart selling sausages. Very local. (Pic included) Our flight on Thai Air to Krabi was pleasant. As per usual with any flight I've been on from Thai Air. Got to Krabi Airport and it was ...

We finally made it to Thailand via plane from Manila on April 16. Our first stop was Phuket. Phuket is a popular tourist area mainly for the beaches. Tons of beach areas and some just off the island by way of the longtail boats.

We opted to stay at a place close to Naithon beach because it was cheap and close to the aiport since we arrived late that night. ...

The streets were crazy, it made yesterday look quiet. There were inflatable pools full of people dancing to techno music, there were twice as many people out ...

... their jobs and were traveling full time, made plans to met up with me that evening and then again at the upcoming full moon party on Koh Phangan.

Railay and Koh Phi Phi had once again delivered, and upon departing these extraordinary havens, the question wasn't if, but when will my path include another layover, to once again indulge in the multitude of excesses that these two places has to offer.

Next up, the Thailand adventure continues!

Waking up on the deck of the boat with amazing views all around, the smell of breakfast being cooked for us wafting by and not feeling hungover despite the decent night out the night before was certainly a very pleasant way to wake up. Tippy had cooked for us bacon and eggs with fruit salad which was amazing. The rather tough start to the day only continued really as we set sail shortly after breakfast and sat out on the deck, relaxing in the sun and enjoying the fantastic views ...
