    This morning Julia and I started off in Little Rock and drove an hour to Hot Springs National Park. Hot Springs was a lot like Niagara Falls.. Wax museums, duck boat rides, and gift shops.     ... There is so much to do and the people were very friendly. We liked well enough to purchase property overlooking Lake Cortiz. The average 3 bedroom/ 2 bath homes sells for around 160,000 dollars. Membership fee run 36 dollars a month.

    ... 5 minutes apart from our respective travels...we from Branson, MO and they from Dallas!

    After setting up our camps, Barbie and Aldon joined us for BBQ rib dinner. The weather was perfect, the bugs stayed away and we ended our gab fest about 11 PM.

    ... and we need to spray paint it outside, the rain obviously presents a problem. Our plan is to work on that and the new prop fish this weekend and have it ready for next week.     ... were going to the Quapaw bathhouse since it was the only one that provided a couples bath and was open on Mondays. We got ready and headed into town. We were able to get a parking spot across the street from bathhouse row - which is where all the hot springs bathhouses were built way back in the old days.
