    ... with the group at Cold Hollow Cider Mill. Had a nice lunch there and checked out the shop. Then we headed a few miles away to Ben and Jerry's!

    The tour of Ben and Jerry's ice cream factory near Burlington, VT was fantastic. Very informative; we got to see a lot of great marketing and business ideas from a company that's been doing things right for over 40 years. The business teacher in me got a lot out of it ...

    ... around with childish excitement, Tuukka included.
    This included a visit to the little gift shop, look out terrace and a glance at the weather station.

    The return trip down was a little anti-climactic as we were somewhat prepared for the road conditions, and welcomed the climate change from low 30's back to the warm 80s!

    If you get the chance, get up there and visit the summit. It'll be an experience I won't forget and am pretty sure you won't either

    ... the light! Walking back was slippery in parts but downhill, so took only 40 minutes and we arrived back at the car hungry and ready for dinner.

    Driving back to the hostel we wondered whether it qualified as a hike. When does a walk become a hike?     ... people in the diner each had huge meals and an enormous bowl of chips with the required bottle of pop. To say obesity in this neck of the woods is rampant is an understatement. Billy-Bob also had a bit of a weight problem and we could see where all his profits were going. He was also wearing his best tracks-dacks and as he had this huge belly they didn't go as high as they should. He would have made any Aussie tradie proud when he bent over.
