... There are fried dough served with a curried chickpea and wrapped in paper, and it is their most popular dish...which is odd we never found them to try). Resort food lacked in quality and didn't represent the local fare at all. If your looking for pure relaxation and a total carefree holiday then Tobago is the place to visit

It has changed considerably from 7 years ago since my last visit. There are allot more shops, petrol stations and houses and there are now 2 new shopping malls. Not your usual size malls like those of the US or UK but you can still browse the few shops that are there. Its still a nice afternoon away from the beach.

The rest of the afternoon was spent in the surf and in the pool, followed by a very satisfactory dinner of fresh tuna at the El Toucan restaurant.
