... with English (not Bubba Southern), but there was some joke about "The Monk" that got lost in translation. Shot 88 at Santa Rosa. Golf still has a long way to go, but it was really fun getting out. Santa Rosa golf is beautiful, not too difficult. Tonight, Celine made fish. She is a wonderful cook, and loves the preparation. Every night is wonderful food and a little bit of wine (we are getting older).

Numerous people were "pushed" by stronger riders placing their hand at the base of the back of the slower rider giving an up hill push. I myself must have looked like I needed that at least once in a while because on one occasion I gratefully received one of those up hill pushes.

In Ventura we stayed in a 14 story hotel with slow elevators and everyone leaving at the same time. At one floor, John, a cerebral palsy victim, ...

... What a sweetheart.
Along with those two beauties, I was able to see my aunt Dolly in whom I was able to connect on an absolutely wonderful level. She's darling I tell you. We went out to dinner, all three of us and she kept the silence to a minimum which i was sincerely grateful for. She is technically my great aunt but I've never known her as that, it's always been closer even though we were never that close. Another night, we went out by ourselves and ...

... by the time we reached all sites were full according to some hikers we gave ride to on the way so decided to camp at Cottonspring which was a pretty amazing choice by itself. April gets a busy month around here looks like for the wildflowers peak time as well as to avoid later months' heated temperatures.

After picking a site, we were on our way to Jumbo rocks. There are several exhibits on the way where you can stop for some unworldly views of wilderness ...

... winds. The original plan was to go for sushi but after walking in and finding we were one of the few customers, we did the usual, sat down, looked at the menu then got up and left. The servers didn’t appear that surprised. Instead and continuing the Asian theme we went to PF Changs for Chinese food which was once again ‘nom’. Exhausted from the golf, sun and laundry we were all in bed again by 11. .
