... on my last blog. But specific to India, here are a few things I have learned:
-The Indian Head Waggle - for those of you who don't know what Im talking about, google it. Indians waggle there head basically all the time - and its a shaking the head from side to side - sort of like the gesture for "no". When I first got here...I was confused as all hell. SO I wait a bit, then ask to use the reception's phone and they tell me "we dont have a phone" even though I can literally see their phone...so Im starting to feel a bit panicked by this time but I decide to go and find some lunch - food I dont have to eat with my hands. SO I leave tomorrow morning and will have xrays/MRIs and whatever other scans and tests they need to do, and my consult with a surgeon (yep - he made the appt today and Im going tomorrow...in Canada we cant get in to see our family Dr in a day - not that I am complaining about our health care cause its free - the wait times are just a bit long for specialists). ...
