      ... becoming a yoga guru - he is not a guru yet - he is still considered a disciple but in one more year he may reach guru status - I didn't ask him much as we ran out of time but apparently to be a guru you have to study for 6 years just focusing on the right side of your brain, 6 years on the left side of the brain, and then one year in the middle of your brain, what the yogis refer to as their third eye - I don't really know what "studying means" all I know is that he is referring ...

      ... to get out of this...when I know I have none...I do this the girl beside me sees a GIANT SPIDER in between us - like im talking palm size here people, so she screams, I scream, everyone screams - the spider runs away and hides in a crevice somewhere.       ... but not too much because he is teaching a class about it tomorrow that Im attending. So the first pose he gets me to do is one Ive never done before in Canada - I googled somewhat of a similar position and will post it - so its similar to the chicky in the picture except you cross your legs, grab both feet with your hands, pull your forehead to you knees and rock back and forth on your spine - so a lot of pressure on your stomach.
