    We wake up around normal time at 7:30am, and now because we are used to being the first ones up and not leaving the house at least until 11am, I figured I'd do some exercise. So I took my skipping rope, ankle weights and gym mat down their backyard stairs to a little paved area and pumped out some cardio exercises with a view of the forest and hills.     ... needed one. Grandma rang and wanted to show Aaron and I Kingsport’s main attraction that was to be opening soon which was a Carousel that was hand made and carved. At first, I was not interested as it just sounded a little bit weird and lame, but I figured it was spending time with Grandma that I wanted to do, so we went and did it with her.

    ... so pretty to see. Highway 81 has been nice, lots of places to stop for gas and to stretch my legs. I stopped late this afternoon for the day in a town called Kingsport Tn. It is just 12 miles south of Bristol VA/TN. About 4 hours to go to get to Nashville. ...
