The reach back to St. Maarten was fast, crowded, and an amazing sight. We were in double digit speeds all the way and hit a top speed of 14.4 knots – the fastest we’ve ever gone not surfing. At least that’s the fastest Dave saw in the few moments he allowed himself to glance at the instruments. ...
... and I walked to the end of Grand Case Boulevard, where it meets the main road, to an outdoor restaurant/bar. The TV at the bar always has sports on at night and it was a NBA Friday night, so we sat and watched the game for a little while. The boys got a soda and I decided to try a Ginger Beer, not knowing exactly what it was. I’m not a big beer drinker, but I love ginger, so I thought I’d try it at least once. ... went back to the ship after an hour and a *********** or so.
Back on the boat was quite-er! We steaked out our usual spot and enjoyed the quite. In the afternoon we took in a little more Dora the Explorer fun with storytime, and just much more relaxing and fun in the pool.
