What blew us away was the experience of walking through Fantasyland during the fireworks. We were surrounded by the, well, let's call them firework canons. Talk about shock and awe. The fireworks lit up directly over our heads and in rounds encircling the area through which we strolled. The experience is hard to describe - we were gobsmacked - we just kept looking at each other ...

... d spent half our day in long queues. To top off a great day we had dinner in the Three Broomsticks of Harry Potter fame. Great meal with a frozen butter beer treat to go with it. Loved yet another opportunity of being involved in the whole Harry Potter World. So overall we had a great day in Islands if Adventure Universal and would recommend it to anyone heading this way. It is expensive but the great times and fun memories make you forget about that. The only thing that would ...

... keep this brief and an overall summary but it seems I did rather a lot to try and squash and summarise. Thanks again to all the people that gave me a place to sleep, fed me, clothed me, looked after me and hopefully I will have given something back to them with tales of stupidity and adventure! This has been an unforgettable experience (even with my goldfish of a brain) and has been completely made by the people and places – making hours of boring and tedious bus rides all worth it in the end.  This adventure is over. May the next one ...
