    ... br> Well considering we were here for three days, we did very little but when you do very little on a tropical island in beautiful sunshine with incredible food, you really do feel wonderful! Bantayan is a sleepy, laid back place with fantastic people and fantastic food. We really enjoyed spending time relaxing and recharging and were ready to move on to our next adventure on Negros...

    ... of a large eagle, soaring overhead and then swooping down into the trees to catch some lunch. It was majestic in it's movements and whilst watching it we caught site of two or three very large white cranes, gliding in to relax on the banks of the lake with us.
