... brighten the dark sky. It was very cool.
This morning we've just breakfasted, been for one last swim (and a few final jumps) and packed. We'll have some lunch now and the taxi should be here in an hour and a half or so.
We will update this blog with some pictures when we get home to give it some life, and write a final entry when we have had time to reflect. Other than that, we're nearly done. It's been brilliant.
Hi all
Just a quick update. It's Friday morning, and we've just had breakfast. As ever at this time of the day, the sky is a brilliant blue and the sun warm. The view out over the Carribean was spectacular.
This is our final full day on honeymoon, which is sad. Tomorrow evening we fly back to London, arriving at Gatwick at 10am Sunday morning.
We've had a lovely time since arriving here. Wednesday was largely spent relaxing and swimming in / jumping ...
Hi guys Just a quick update via the phone to let you know that we are safely settled into The Caves in Jamaica. It is, as you'd expect, beautiful. Yesterday's travel was a bit stressful - we had a manic/comical dash through Miami to reach our connecting flight - but it all worked out OK, and we arrived here at 10.30pm last night. There were a couple of beers and some fresh lobster salad waiting for us which was a nice touch. Today we've explored a bit ...
Negril, Jamaica daveandkate...
Negril, Jamaica elinolsennalum... guest rates but this is pretty much unheard of in the industry.
I'm pretty sure it isn't anything in the drinking water, because I never see anyone drinking water in Jamaica. More likely in one of the 2 pools, 4 hot tubs, or quite likely in that soothing Caribbean sea water that we're all so fond of. I used to be a pool junky , but since I started diving you can't get me out of the ocean.

... mats were soaking wet from the heavy rains earlier. We decided we did not want to stand a wait, so we went back to our room. They canceled the Wednesday night naked shagging competition; we had been practicing for months. It is probably for the best as our costumes got soaked earlier in the day. I worked on the blog, Miss Judy read her book, and we sat on the veranda and listened to the waves. Even with the rain and no catamaran ride it was another great day.
Negril, Jamaica dragon762... and take in the full flavour of its Caribbean city appeal. One huge downpour of rain resulted in cars floating around in the town centre, which made the place look spooky, and it was good to discover that a 5 minute walk further up from the payable Doctor's Cove beach was a stretch of beach equally enjoyable, minus the full extent of facilities, but cost-free, and the kind of beach with which I would associate a Caribbean ...
Montego Bay, Jamaica jollyjetsetterI know everyone out there is breathing a little easier today. I remember the beginning of it like it was yesterday... oh we were so young and naive then... I'm sorry, you don't know what I'm talking about? Obviously you don't live in the middle of the Carribean.... Today marks the END of ...
MoBay, Jamaica bobbie7781... rides! Our plane touches down and anyone who is Jamaican on this flight applauds the landing, something I became accustomed to in past trips. The minute I fell in love with Jamaica was the minute I understood why people clap and cheer when they arrive here. Curtis enjoyed that moment with a puzzled, yet entertained look on his face....wait until he hears the singing ladies in the airport! In 2004 at Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay (MoBay ...
