... I think I got a picture of a humming bird:) So after a fabulous time in Barbuda we made our way back to Jolly Harbour to restock. A great sail and the joy of seeing an enormous humpback whale propel at least 16 ft out of the water and cause the biggest bellyflop splash I've ever seen, suspended animation has made my day!! With a bright start we hopped in Sallie 1 and went for a circumnavigation of the bay. Before we could get back to the boat the heavens opened and that is how the day ended! A soak in the sea in ther a in was quite surreal as the heavy rain drops hit the surface and was just like a rising fog. Making the most of it we scrubbed the decks with the fresh rain water then our selves before settling in for more scrabble and French lessons! Bring on sun shine and sailing soon ...
