We went to wet n wild, there was a lot of water slides and one was a race, we all got to race each other, it was really fast, but I lost,

Was lovely to see the parents for a while now back to the job hunt or we will be following them home ...

It was a two hour drive to Surfer's and I slept the whole way. As we turned up and forced out the bus but I could have done with a few more hours of kip. We arrived in the centre of the city so all the skyscrapers of the Gold Coast ...

... for our $20 bets. How do you think we picked our horse? We had seen a marquee at a church when we came into Surfers Paradise earlier in the day. It had a message that read exactly: 1. Love God 2. Love others 3. Masked Marvel It seemed odd at first and I asked Mom if she had seen the sign, neither of us understanding line 3, and we both actually wondered if that could be the name of one of the 24 horses about to run 2 miles (3200 meters) that day. Well, it was! So since we ...
