    ... Kings Cross Station and we walked to the hostel. We dumped off our bags and then headed out to get some stuff for dinner and lunch tomorrow.

    Going to have a quiet night, maybe do some laundry and then head to bed early. We are going to go on a three hour walking tour of the city, then maybe hit the aquarium before going on another walking tour tomorrow if we feel up to it.

    ... I arrived ! - it was 28Kg so Jetstar would have had a bonanza on the AKL-WLG leg!)

    Spare seat next to me. Liked the extra space.
    Didn't manage to sleep. Watched the coast of NSW come into view with some cloud about.
    Spent about 4 hours waiting in airport for my Qantas flight to Santiago, Chile.

    Third Day! Blenhiem to Kaiteriteri via Nelson

    ... including a space designated for bocce and egg chairs hanging from the trees. It was lots of fun. People should definitely go there. I recommend it. Then we drove to Nelson where we had a really, really nice lunch alongside the river. It was at a place called 'River Kitchen' where I had a good meal of fish and chips. It was good but not memorable. We had a lovely little walk around the town centre and looked in ...

    ... What can I say except the Internet doesn't always tell the truth...the coin box next to the bed to make it vibrate and the neighbour was having a very spirited conversation about drug rehab and government assistance made for an interesting arrival...... Have travelled 697 km to end up in Gosford's equivalent lol. But the great news is that the rail trail starts 500m up the road and looks wonderful. Off to Beechworth ...
