    ... flight as we were all spread out Got some good shots from tail of plane.

  • Went to Australian Museum and Hyde Park for a walk in the sun to fight jetlag.
    Fantastic dinosaur display - wrestled a t-rex! I felt like I was putting my head into a giant hippo's mouth, imagining that it had the power of a pink plundering steam roller.

    ... In the photo we've attached, these are the three similar bits of rock sticking out on the left - hopefully you'll understand what I mean. Sadly, the walkway to them was closed for a few weeks so we had to make do with the view we had - which was still great.     ... discovery of the most amazing food court EVER!!!!!! amazingly Glenn was more decisive than Esme with what he wanted to eat, seriously UK we need food courts like this: thai, malaysian, chinese, sushi, mexican, italian, fish bar, burger bar, sandwich bar, korean, persian, turkish, aussie, japanese, crepes, ice cream, portuguese, vege etc etc etc!

    ... was humongous that the three of us shared the whole meal. That was one of the most tastiest and affordable kebab we had in our whole life and will rate 4.5 / 5.

    The public transport system in Sydney were quite efficient. I really like the double deck train concept, old school platform at Central Station and the reversible seats to accommodate those in large group, something that is missing back home in Singapore. ...

What can I say except the Internet doesn't always tell the truth...the coin box next to the bed to make it vibrate and the neighbour was having a very spirited conversation about drug rehab and government assistance made for an interesting arrival...... Have travelled 697 km to end up in Gosford's equivalent lol. But the great news is that the rail trail starts 500m up the road and looks wonderful. Off to Beechworth ...
