    ... tents which have cots, a table and lamp, and 2 comfy camp chairs. But the staggering price of over $100 US a night for the basic tent and $130 for glamping was pretty crazy. We're spending less than that on our apartment with Nicole and here daughter and there's an espresso machine downstairs AND a cute, cuddly dog thrown in. Deanne is getting her "Dog Therapy" here. It's even part Maltese.

    ... first ones up the elevator and got a prime table right next to the windows. You are allowed 90 minutes and we took full advantage of every one of them. It ended up being a fairly clear day and we could see straight out to the Blue Mountains. The slow spin was perfect to take in all the sites and get a better sense of just how large Sydney is.

    And well the food wasn't half bad either! We did our part to try something new - that being emu sausage and crocodile. I ...

    ... day!" A quick detour to the QVB to buy a risotto pot, then a quiet afternoon watching cricket, reading and resting our tired feet. The jackhammers (in the building? Roadworks?) didn't even annoy us too much. Dinner with cousins Davide Isola and Anthony Rubbo - at Fratelli, the same restaurant that we'd found 2 days earlier. Davide's stories as a covert cop acting for the Commissioner made the kids eyes open wide. A great night with wonderful ...

What can I say except the Internet doesn't always tell the truth...the coin box next to the bed to make it vibrate and the neighbour was having a very spirited conversation about drug rehab and government assistance made for an interesting arrival...... Have travelled 697 km to end up in Gosford's equivalent lol. But the great news is that the rail trail starts 500m up the road and looks wonderful. Off to Beechworth ...
