... For one, they have a trash collection system and hundreds of "no dumping, fine applies" banners around the country. As a consequence, it is clean and no one throws anything anywhere (learn Indonesia!). People speak english and are generally much more educated than the rest of the continent (south east anyway). ... Awesome. Would love to open something like that in Melbourne! Smashed a couple of burgers and then had a couple of beers in some air conditioning and then walked back to our hotel for an afternoon siesta before the sunset. We haven't been able to appreciate the sunset properly as there has been a ring of cloud all around Boracay in the evening. Again, there was some tonight but generally we could still appreciate it. ... The beach was gorgeous, just like all of the other beaches along Boracay. The sand was covered in puka shells and the water was beautiful shades of blue. Soon enough we were out of beers so we headed back home. It was an early night for most of us.
