So today Cameron and I took a jog to Deusto. I was dying. He was 10x a better runner than me. We then met up and climbed then hill to see the statue of Jesus. My legs are dead. I have never in my entire life climbed up hills that steep. The dogs are different here than in America. Dogs here are mostly small dogs more seen as an accessory I would say. ... blatantly oblivious to anything but counting sheep and heavy breathing. So after the excitement of winning from afar, we head to the beach - it's 11, we hire a little umbrella with shade side for €10 - our base for the day. Blue skies, nothing but blue skies can I see - they're lyrics from a song aren't they? Anyway, MAGIC. Kids straight to the beach with Paul, me I open Tyler Hamilton's book 'The Great Race' which Paul's already read. Was recommended to me by a friend ...

The next morning I woke up early and caught the bus the San Sebastian. I arrived in San Sebastian at about 5:30. It wasn't as hot there as it was along the coast so there was a nice sea breeze. After checking in I walked to the coast and had the beach was PACKED. Youll be lucky to see sand (only a little bit of exaggeration :-P). After the beach I went to the Monte ...
