... really was incredibly packed, it kind of ruined it. Ruby and I went for a swim in the nets; the rest of the beach was entirely filled up with boats, it was CHAOTIC! Besides the scenery and swimming there was nothing else to do on the island ad after the 40minutes was up, we piled back onto the boat and headed for stop number two. Interesting fact, Leonardo DiCaprio filmed the movie 'The Beach’ at Maya Bay.

Second stop was Loh Samah ...

... Maureen would agree. I went for the panang curry (my mouth still drooling as I write this) and Maureen went for chicken phad Thai. It was reasonably priced and we were both left full to the brim. Time for a few drinks before bed, and we went to a rooftop bar on the recommendation from Mr Forde who had been here recently. It was time to check out the banana bar.

Katie had a packet of ham in her bag (as you do) to feed all the stray cats so apparently I was trying to steal the packet off her the whole time cause I was that hungry.. I don't remember it but it sounds like something I would do :). We finally found food and according to Emma I bought a chicken burger, cheese burger, chicken samosas, spring rolls ...

... since we got to stay overnight in the bay, we got to see the beach as the sun was setting with no tourists around. In total there were 25 of us on the boat. On our way to Maya Beach we stopped at a little cove and snorkeled for a bit there. We swam in schools of fish and over coral reefs. It was my first time snorkeling and it honestly felt like I was in a completely new world down there. The one thing that gets me ...

... the waterfall we went for a swim, really beautiful. Once back at our hotel we headed down to what became our favorite restaurant.

The next day we started our search for a tailor that was able to make 3 bridesmaids dresses for us for a good price. Luckily Tim was there to bargain and after speaking to almost every tailor on the island we found one that wanted to give us a good deal. Excited about having another thing ticked of our weeding to do list we went for dinner ...
