By this time Kristi and Chuck were saying laughing 'okay, this is a Canadian set up - Tim and Gin are from Winnipeg, our picture taker is from Winnipeg, her friend's from Halifax, Yves is from B.C., Tim's parents are from B.C. - are there no other Americans around?!

But the fun part for us is that they had several flight simulators and you could sit and fly a small plane, or a DC3 which I actually landed safely on the ground, but not before taking a couple of signs out along the runway - hey it's been 15 years since I got my pilot's license, and it was for a much small plane than that! ... Bloch. She was warm and gracious and we had a delightful conversation almost fifty years since last seeing her or her girls. Burr Oaks was such an incredible place that the memories we shared still have a uniting affect.
