George stopped on the side of the road, where a man chopped one up for Katie and me, even sculpting us a spoon from the casing. ... a massage by one to the trainers, Zoe. I had been given a hint or two that it was extremely painful and even big boys apparently cry. Mmmmm? I'm almost ashamed to say what actually happened. Suffice to say, there wasn't a monkey on the continent that didn't hear me! Zoe did prepare me by saying that I should do my breathing as if I was in labour. I had quadruplets. Now you can imagine the pain I was in. I was breathing so heavily ...
