    ... s favourite things about the coast, and I must admit they are pretty darn good! George stopped on the side of the road, where a man chopped one up for Katie and me, even sculpting us a spoon from the casing.     That did get me the acclamation from security :-)

    Rest of the afternoon was spent nibbling while watching Kenyan dancers ... I do like their music very rhythmic!

    Anyway...need to do a wild exit again... Time to get down to the restaurant!
    And food is FOOD!

    ... this is going), kettle-bells is a fantastic all-round work out. Don't think the posh Warwickshire have them though, but it should be possible to do the Turkish Get Ups with a bar bell instead.
