... the brandy by 12 so had the chance to head towards the beach to see some of the fireworks. We watched most through the trees as there were various places setting them off. After the fireworks we headed to the village party - a disco on the basketball court =] Here we had 2 large bottles of beer again shared between us all with the 1 glass tradition. Luckily they also knew someone who had just cooked lechon (roasted Pig) so we had some delectable pork to go with the beer - So ...

We decided on Shakey’s again for lunch. I ordered cheese pizza and a chocolate shake. So good! It’s one of our favorites so far. After lunch we exchanged some money. We’re headed to Southern Leyte on Saturday to a diving resort that ...

... baby! The delivery room was surreal. Literally a hard, flat table with a bucket at the end of the table. The mother laid there pushing when we walked in. She was fully dialated already and under no anesthesia, no monitoring, nothing. I have never witnessed a live birth before and Bernadette let us get right in on the action.

I'll save all the gory details, there are plenty, but it was one of the most incredible things I've ever witnessed. When "baby girl" was born at ...
