Final transition and she was looking good. She had a pretty good run but does prefer the full marathon. Her final place was 19 out of 138 for her age group. Her final time was 4.56 hours just 20 minutes behind the winner of her age group. Overall in the half marathon she ran the third best time in her age group.

She has pulled up pretty well and is pretty excited about competing in the IRONMAN World Championships in Kona in a few weeks ...

... an amazing way to see the race. Best part ... The finish . I get access to the finish line. I get a special helper who brings me the medal and videos me putting it on Royce . Royce says "swim was good , ride was hard but doable, felt good off ...
