Happy birthday to me

A travel blog entry by nathanandclare

We are now on the paradise island of Koh Samui, which was an hours flight from Bangkok. Although it was only an hour or so on the plane, we had a meal included, and there were 7 different types of veggie meal- I didn't even know there were 7 types of none meat eaters! Anyway, the food was fine, the flight was short and the sun was shining, so jobs a good'un. However I read about a waterfall in the south of the island and ...

When we were on the ferry there was this guy who tried to sleep on the floor using Sarah's bag as a pillow. Well Sarah kicked him out and he stumbled off somewhere. I don't know what he was ...

Koh Samui - Paradise for tourists?

A travel blog entry by ulka

... which soon might mean Starbucks and McDonalds – but right now means, foreign owned hotels and restaurants with Western Food and Western Comfort.

There are some nice beaches here, as I heard, but after one evening and one night we left Koh Samui without any regrets that we haven’t stayed here longer. And only the memory of most beautiful sunset and ...
