From Isla Ometepe in Nicaragua I returned to mainland and headed for the Costa Rican border. The border checkpoint was a massive, you had to pay to get in and although I was suspicoius at first, I was glad that I took a "guide" who guided me around the vast area, from exit to customs to entry, past truck parking lots, all kind of import-export facilities and the obvious money changers.

... starte disse flyvende sprellene, og etter aa haa faatt instrukser om hva man skulle gjoere og ikke gjoere, samt faatt paa seg alt av utstyr, klatret vi opp paa foerste plattform, hektet oss fast i foerste vaier og satte avgaarde gjenoom lufta.
