... over gown - looks like a mini-jungle. The ruts in the roads here are so deep, we could hardly get up to our house, much less up our driveway. But I hired a couple of guys to clean up the yard, got a truck load of dirt to fill in the ruts, and awaaaayyyy we go. It was stinking HOT and muggy, but leaping into our nice, crystal-clear pool, and drinking a little malt beer, straightened our mood. It is so beautiful here, it's ridiculous. Love ...
So the surf in Cabo is a bit different than, well, a lot of places. We found this out quickly on our first walk down the beach from our hotel.
There we were, casually strolling along checking out the surf. Shane was walking closest to the water and I was trying to keep my camera dry.
Big wave breaks and knock BOTH of us on our butts. We were laughing so hard that we couldn't get up.
So much for staying dry!
... but kept swimming by my husband who had fallen in love with him. I could have swam with this guy all day. He was so curious about us and seemed to be more interested in us than the other dolphins… could have been that we fed him and smelled like squid.
After our morning swim, we tour a bit around port, picked up some cheap tequila ($10USD!) and headed back to our ship.
